Key Job Responsibilities:-
As a Patent Executive, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and advancing Torrent Pharma’s intellectual property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting literature searches for APIs and formulations to prepare detailed IP landscape reports.
- Performing Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis for formulations, APIs, and intermediates.
- Executing patent infringement evaluations to support regulatory compliance.
- Providing preliminary IP status for multiple global markets.
- Carrying out patentability analysis and supporting in drafting patent applications.
- Updating and maintaining IP reports to ensure relevance and accuracy.
This role offers significant exposure to global pharmaceutical markets and close collaboration with R&D and formulation teams.
Qualifications Required:-
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- M.Pharm in Medicinal Chemistry or Pharmaceutics
- OR M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years in patent analysis, IP landscape reporting, or FTO evaluations within the pharmaceutical industry.
